MOST OF THE WORK
HAPPENS FIRST
Of seven phases, five are wrapped up before anyone sets foot in your home: the site visit, the design, the choice of materials, the quote and the contract. That's where costs and dates are decided. On the job site we carry out what we've already worked out together. No nasty surprises or hidden costs.
First meeting
We call you back as soon as possible. On the phone we already gather what we need so we don't show up unprepared, and we ask you for the cadastral floor plan in advance: we redraw it to a workable scale before we come to you.
Site visit
It takes as long as it needs and happens in daylight, because walls have to be examined in natural light. We bring the professionals and specialists needed, so any problems are spotted right away.
Design and materials
We put the possible solutions on paper and show them to you in renderings. You can choose the materials in our showroom, where you'll also find systems and home automation: no middlemen, and supply handled in-house, from delivery to installation.
Quote
We build the bill of quantities on a millimeter-accurate survey, not on an “eyeballed” estimate. Every task has its own line and price, so you know where you can save and where you can't. If it isn't written down, it isn't included.
Contract
Timing, payments and terms are settled before anyone even sets foot in your home, and from the moment you sign they are your security and your guarantee.
Job site
You have a contact person who answers to you every day, with the option of a WhatsApp group where you get photos and updates. That way, if you like, you only need to come to the site when it's essential: when we lay out the plumbing and electrical systems, and you decide where you want your outlets and fixtures.
Handover and support
At handover we give you the documentation and all the photos of the job site, folder by folder. We keep a copy too: if in fifteen years you need to drill into a wall, we know what's behind it.
