FOR DESIGNERS

YOU DESIGN,
WE BUILD

We work as the building contractor for architecture firms and designers. We bring masons, electricians and plumbers on our own payroll, a shared work schedule, and the care to call you back when a solution needs rethinking.

BUILDING PARTNER

WHO DOES WHAT, FROM THE START

You lead the project and handle the relationship with the client: proposals go through you before they reach them. We run the job site: supplies, crews, timelines and handling anything unexpected.

DESIGNER

  • You lead the project
  • You choose the concept, materials and solutions
  • You remain your client's point of contact
  • You check the result as the work progresses

FULL CASA

  • We organize the job site
  • We coordinate the trades
  • We manage supplies and work
  • We plan timelines and sequences
  • We solve operational issues

WORK PHASES

HOW WE WORK ALONGSIDE YOU

The project stays yours. We read it, draw up the bill of quantities and flag anything that wouldn't work on site. And if reality forces a change, the choice goes back on your desk, awaiting your decision.

We read the project

Before running any numbers we study your drawings and get inside the project. We want to understand what you set out to achieve, so we can bring your ideas to life as well as possible.

Technical site visit

We come to the job site with the plumber and the electrician. On the spot we check what a drawing can't tell you: the condition of the walls, the routing of the systems, the actual measurements.

Bill of quantities and red flags

We itemize every task in the bill of quantities and flag the points that wouldn't work on site, along with alternatives that hold up.

Work schedule

We set the sequence of tasks and the dates. The calendar is shared: you always know who's on site and why.

Execution

The work is done by our own employees, coordinated by a single point of contact. We never change what you designed on our own.

Handover and documentation

We hand over the work with photos of every phase and the system documentation, sorted by date and archived on our side as well.

OUR SIGNATURE

WHAT WE BRING TO EVERY JOB SITE

These are the same things you'll find on every one of our job sites, whether the client is a private homeowner or your firm. They don't change with the size of the job: they apply to a bathroom remodel and to an entire floor being redesigned.

What professionals say about us

“A serious building contractor: they read the drawings and flag issues before they start, not once the work is underway. When a change is needed, they propose it and wait for my decision.”

Arch. Laura G.

“The shared work schedule lets me plan my site visits without pointless phone calls. For a small firm like mine, that's time saved.”

Arch. Stefano R.

“Working with an in-house crew shows in the quality of the finishes and in how unexpected issues are handled. I'd have liked a couple of system details settled earlier, but we sorted them out as the work went on.”

Ing. Paolo D.

“They stick to the design. It sounds obvious, but it isn't: in ten years of job sites, they're the first contractor that hasn't changed a solution without calling me first.”

Arch. Marta C.

“The relationship with the client stays mine, the job site is theirs: the division of roles is clear from the first meeting and never creates any ambiguity.”

Geom. Luca F.

“Photo documentation of every phase, handed over neatly organized at the end of the work. For the paperwork and for the client, that's something few contractors provide.”

Arch. Davide N.
