FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• How long does a renovation take?

  For an average apartment, about three months. We set the exact duration after the site visit, once we know what needs to be done, and it goes into the contract together with the start date. If there are special tasks — a traditional parquet floor, for example — the timeline gets longer, and we tell you before, not during.

• Do you charge for the site visit?

  No. We come to your home with our sales manager, the plumber and the electrician, we stay at least an hour and we don't ask you for anything. If you then decide not to do the work with us, that's the end of it.

• What does the quote include?

  Every task has its own line and price: demolition, systems, screeds, flooring, wall coverings, doors and windows, finishes and waste disposal. It also lists the materials chosen in the showroom, with brand and model. Anything that isn't included is stated explicitly.

• Do you also do partial renovations?

  Yes. A bathroom, a kitchen, a living area: we organize the job site with the same method as a whole apartment, calendar included, and we can also work while you're living in the home.

• Do you also handle roofs and structural work?

  We focus on interiors. For structural or roofing work we team up with trusted specialist engineers and contractors, and we coordinate them ourselves: you still have just one point of contact.

• Who works in my home?

  Bricklayers, electricians and plumbers on our own payroll, who have been working with us for years. For specialist tasks we always rely on the same companies, and they are still coordinated by our site manager.

• Do I need to be there during the work?

  No. We keep the keys and update you with photos and messages. We only ask you to be there when we need you to make a choice, and those moments are on the calendar from the start.

• How will I be kept updated on progress?

  You have a single point of contact who writes to you at each planned progress milestone and whenever something unexpected happens. Photos of every phase go into your file, which we hand over to you when the work is done.

• What guarantees do I have after handover?

  The legal warranties on the work and the manufacturers' warranties on materials and appliances, which we hand over to you all together. On top of that, your file stays archived with us: if in ten years you need to know where a pipe runs, we can find it.

• Are there any incentives or financing options?

  Yes: the tax deductions available for renovations and the option of zero-interest financing. We tell you which incentives you're entitled to and prepare the paperwork you need.

• Can I see the materials before choosing?

  Yes, in our showroom: flooring, wall coverings, bathroom fixtures, doors, lighting and systems, with full bathrooms and kitchens set up so you can see how everything works together. Every choice goes into the quote with its price.
