The challenges
Two bedrooms had only one window onto the light well, and the bathroom was the only one in the home. The heating ran on inefficient cast-iron radiators.
The Full Casa solution
We reorganized the sleeping area to create the third bedroom and a second bathroom, and switched to underfloor heating with a new condensing boiler.
Works done
- Reorganized sleeping area with third bedroom
- Second bathroom with shower
- Underfloor heating and condensing boiler
- Brushed oak floors
- Eat-in kitchen with peninsula
